2nd AGM Friday 6th
January. Held at the 37 Club 7:30 p.m.

The Chairman opened the meeting thanking those who attended. He stressed the lack of input by members
towards the agenda, and also the need for more help in the everyday running of
the club.
1. Election of Officers to
Committee.

2. Membership:-
It was agreed that membership remains closed, and be discussed again in
March, with a meeting later if it was thought to be necessary for a
change.
3. Away day and Fur &
Feather:-
The decision was to give priority to members attending most matches
downward for the away day. The
Christmas match open to all who have paid the annual membership fee.
4. Membership Fee
It was unanimously agreed the annual fee be set at £10-00 for 2017. The
main reason for this was, when having to pay a whole lake fee when we are short
of the required numbers. It was felt it is not fair to penalize those who turn
out.
Meeting closed at 9-15p.m.
Post meeting:
I propose an EGM to have a position of Match Booking Secretary. This
person would be responsible for arranging venues for matches at least two years
in advance, and also informing fisheries of the numbers expected two days prior
to each match.
This meeting to take place next Friday week. Names for this post to be
put forward A.S.A.P.
