Didn’t do this one as I was on the venues canal lake on the Saturday doing the Pairs League which we were  really happy to have our still second place closing the gap for first 😁 

I spoke to Steve King on the Saturday evening & I’m not surprised so see him take the match - I’ve read Steve’s status on Fb very detailed & well written he mentioned Mike West fishing at 14m on paste, a very well done to him in fact a very well done to everyone as the weights look 👀 good. Not sure if im doing Summerhayes this Sunday yet it’ll be a last minute thing for me, the sheet will be up as normal tho 😁👍🎣

Avalon 09.06.24

 That was rough for me & few others but I think I was the worst with 2 skimmer at 3pm.

Thought I’d be good for the pellet wag & a bomb over the top the wind made it to hard for the pellet wag as the wind just kept blowing the wag into open water as it was a end island chuck, group feeding was just impossible. 

It just wasn’t right, I did chuck a cage feeder over the top but I’m not one for sitting on a tip & just hoping it’s going to go. Rob E was on my left as normal lol 😂 followed by Rod D to my right I had Tony N then Lee, all I could hear was splashing from them so that was well in my head Lee was on the wag & Tony on the paste then a expander well done to them I couldn’t literally get anything going tried new lines but nothing lol 😂.. 

I forced myself to keep at it until 3 then I was out of it in my head to stay, on leaving I popped down to see Tony to hand over my side bets he was on 7 carp fair play. 

Don’t think I’ll be around now for a couple of weeks as work commitments -
